1.This promotion is made in addition to Unite Students standard cancellation policies as set out on the website. These standard cancellation policies continue unaffected;

2. For the avoidance of any doubt this promotion only applies to tenancies for the 2021/22 Academic Year and not for any tenancies commencing before 4th September 2021;

3. In order to be eligible for this promotion you must book a room with Unite Students(in accordance with these terms) prior to 31st May 2021 and any application to cancel must be received by no later than the end of 31st May 2021;

4. After this date the standard cancellation terms apply;

5. This promotion only applies to all bookings made directly with Unite Students or via their international agents and expressly excludes any bookings made directly through universities or higher education institutions (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any made pursuant to a Nominations Agreement);

6. This promotion shall apply to tenancies of any length;

7. Exercise of this promotion will invalidate all other promotions including, without limitation, the £250 re-booker incentive and the £250 Group booking incentive;

8. Prior to exercise any existing customers must have made all outstanding payments due on their account to be entitled to benefit from this promotion; 

9. Unite Students reserves the right to remove or change this promotional offer at anytime. In the event of Unite Students doing so any individuals who had completed tenancies prior to the change or removal will be entitled to benefit from this promotion unaffected.

In order to be eligible for this promotion: a. an individual must hold an existing tenancy with Unite Students at the time of booking. b. The re-booking for the 21/22 Academic Year must be made prior to 31 December 2020. c. The re-booking must be for a minimum 38 week tenancy period – this promotion does not apply to short stays, semester stays or tenancies with a start date before 4th September 2021. This promotion only applies to all bookings made directly with Unite Students or via their international agents and expressly excludes any bookings made directly through universities or higher education institutions (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any made pursuant to a Nominations Agreement). Customers will only qualify for the £250 credit once their 2021/22 booking status has been moved to complete. For a booking status to move to complete, the customer’s tenancy agreement must have been completed in accordance with its terms along with the Guarantor agreement.
