Vita Student Telephone House, the best student accommodation in Sheffield, has a wide range of flats, mainly consisting of shared kitchens and ensuite rooms with sole use of the kitchen and bathroom for a single person. Each room is subdivided into different sizes so students can choose according to their preferences.
The flats are based on the philosophy of "University happens once" and want to provide students with the perfect university campus experience. That's why the residence offers a wide range of student activities.
Features
The Single Comfort Suites have a lot of space, en-suite bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens, single comfortable queen-size beds and a combination of solid wood furniture. Students can choose from various layouts and styles to suit their needs.
Each flat is equipped with an LCD wall-mounted TV offering a wide range of channels for your use and a telephone with direct dialling to an outside line. In addition, all communal charges such as electricity, water and heating, WIFI and cable TV are included in the rent at no extra cost. Maintenance management is even provided all year round.
The flats also offer a large internal courtyard for socialising and entertaining. There is a gym, laundry and function room for students to use. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served on weekdays for a five-star experience!

·You did not complete all necessary steps required by your university to complete your application in time
·The Occupation Period outlined in your Licence Agreement has begun.
If you are initially declined a place to study at university, or progress into the next academic year, you must immediately notify Student Accommodation Supplier if you intend to appeal the decision. Student Accommodation Supplier will confirm to you whether you will continue to benefit from this additional policy during and subsequent to your appeal being made.
·You are declined a place for any reason other than not meeting the academic requirements to obtain a place (including, but not limited to, academic or other misconduct, financial reasons, your place being revoked or withdrawing from your application or course)

If at any point you have checked in to your Accommodation, you are unable to cancel your Agreement free of charge and must find a replacement student.
Should you need to make a request to cancel your accommodation under any of the above policies, you should send your request in writing (with supporting evidence attached) to Student Accommodation Supplier.
Once you have booked and your cooling period has elapsed, you are bound into a legal licence agreement which requires you to pay for the full period of the licence agreement.
If your cancellation request is accepted for one of the above reasons, any Advance Licence Fee Payment will be fully refunded to the account from which it was paid.
3.Clearing Room Cancellation Policy
There is no cooling-off period for Clearing Rooms.
You can only cancel free of charge in line with the “No Place, No Pay” policy above.
Outside of these terms, in order to cancel you must organise a replacement student to take over your contract and take over the liability for the License Fee (and you will still be responsible for all payments until a replacement is found). For the avoidance of doubt, if at any point you have checked in to your booking, you are no longer eligible to cancel free of charge and must find a replacement student.
If your cancellation request is accepted for one of the above reasons, any Advance Licence Fee Payment will be fully refunded to the account from which it was paid.
4.Can I leave early and get the remainder of my license fee back?
Unfortunately, you are committed under the license period to pay the full license fee. Student Accommodation Supplier cannot refund your license fee until a replacement is found to take over your booking.

What is the Advance License Fee Payment I paid when I booked?
When booking an apartment, you need to pay 2 weeks room rate as a deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the total room rate. The payment method is credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
How to pay rent?
The apartment supports logging in to the account, using the TransferMate platform that cooperates with the apartment to pay, or paying by bank wire transfer. 1.
