Condo charges (compulsory) ：
Registration fee$168 (Non-refundable）
Rental Fee (Based on the room type and leasing period, 6 month/12 month, full-payment)
Deposit, based on type of room, 1 month rental fee as deposit (refundable)
S$500 deposit for utilities, based on monthly expense and refund the rest when the contract expired.
Remarks: Rental fee is inclusive of 7% GST, however, utility charge such as water, electricity and cable fee is not
included)

Once you have confirmed your reservation, you have to pay 1-month rental as deposit, and attached passport copy, IPA
and accommodation registration fee receipt on application form.
