The apartment is located on Qinzhou Street in Sham Shui Po. It is a 13-story stand-alone student apartment with an elevator. There are 7-11 convenience stores, ParknShop supermarkets, and Wellcome Supermarket, one of the largest supermarket chains in Hong Kong, in the surrounding area. There are also living facilities such as Bank of China and West Kowloon Shopping Center. It is 300 meters away from the subway station, and the bus stop is just downstairs. It is close to many universities and is suitable for international students! It is very convenient for students from Baptist University, City University, Polytechnic University, and Metropolitan University. The apartment is fully equipped with home appliances and furniture, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. You can move in with your luggage. The apartment housekeeper regularly cleans and keeps the room clean and tidy. There is also a professional management team to make students feel at home in Hong Kong.

[Annual payment Booking Process] (no annual management fee)

1) After confirming the rental intention, pay 2 months rent as a deposit within 3 days to lock the room.

2) Sign the contract, and the 2-month rent deposit will be converted into a deposit.

3) Pay the first installment of rent within 14 days after signing the contract

4) Pay the second phase rent before 8.1, 6 months rent.

A total of 12 months rent, divided into two payments, annual payment to enjoy preferential activities.
