Lark West Lafayette is a professional apartment serving students close to Purdue University, providing students with a variety of oversized townhouses and apartments in a true community environment, as well as available furnishing packages, each of which includes a full Size bed and separate bathroom, dressing table and other furniture, each living room includes a sofa, chair, coffee table, dining table and HDTV. All homes include a full kitchen and laundry kit.
Regarding security, community etiquette patrols are provided at specific times. Lark West Lafayetteoffers individually lockable bedroom doors. The management staff is also on duty 24 hours a day and can call the 24-hour emergency service hotline.
Lark West Lafayette can have pets in certain home types, but of course there are restrictions on the breed of animals. The community bans smoking in all indoor areas.
