With many of our students choosing the academic year lease, it allows us to let students who have no where to go when dorms close for summer, to move directly into the unit they will occupy for the fall, for only one months rent. Students who live out of the area or out of the country can store their belongings and come and go as they please for the summer and know they are settled when ever they arrive for the next year in the fall.
