Basic Info
Each of the new apartments, which opened in 2018, has an outdoor skyline lounge and bike parking area.Smart voice control home platform and pet cleaning center are highlights.Each apartment is designed in a minimalist style, with washing machines and dryers.The common area has a multi-functional learning area, a cinema entertainment area and a coffee room.Work area with MAC and printer, wireless Internet coverage, indoor parking.It is located on the north campus of Syracuse University, across the street from Syracuse Medical Center. It takes 5-10 minutes to get to the school by bus stop on the corner.Adjacent to the School of Management and student Center, two blocks of Korean cuisine, four blocks of Burger King and Asian grocery, only 12 minutes' walk from Asian supermarket, three blocks of pizza and cookie shop, excellent view and park within reach.

What do the utility bills cover when renting an apartment in Syracuse?
