Cancellation Policy

No Visa No Pay

If you are unable to obtain a visa in 2024, we will attempt to assist you in cancelling your reservation and applying for a refund of the rent you have paid. We will need documentation showing that your university course has been cancelled, as well as proof of the failed visa attempt.

No Place No Pay

If you are a prospective first-year student and do not meet the admission requirements of your preferred college/higher education institution, you may cancel our contract and apply for a refund. Similarly, if you exceed the expected grades and decide to go elsewhere, you can also apply for cancellation and obtain a refund!

Travel Restrictions

If you are unable to travel to the United States before October 2024, we can cancel your reservation and request a refund of the rent you have paid to the apartment. To be eligible, the U.S. government must suspend inbound travel from your country, or your government must suspend all travel to the United States.
