公寓有健身房，室外游泳池，室外温泉，烧烤炉，桌球室，学习/电脑室（可免费打印），会议室，公共休闲室（可免费订来开party），停车场。

距离FIDM走路3-5分钟，距USC车程5分钟左右，马路对面就是staple center，距离Ralphs（最近超市）走路7分钟左右，再走几分钟就是whole foods
