Capital House student flats opened in September 2018 with 423 beds. Available in the versatile Studio (en-suite bathrooms and kitchens), the affordable En-suite (en-suite shared kitchens) and Non En-suite (shared kitchens and bathrooms). The rooms have warm beds, study desks, wardrobes, bookshelves and more. Kitchens are equipped with kettles, ovens, cooker hoods, microwaves and more!

Capital House also offers a wide range of communal spaces, including a private gym, games room, cinema room and study room. The flats also feature courtyards and townhouse gardens, providing residents with plenty of space to relax. All-inclusive rentals with no hidden costs. Deluxe Studio is available for two people without a surcharge.

Capital House is located in the centre of Southampton, with a wide range of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Boots is just a 10-minute walk away. Southampton Solent University is a 5-minute walk from Capital House student flats, a 3-minute walk from Southampton City College St Mary Street Campus, and the University of Southampton Avenue Campus is a 30-minute bus ride away. The flat is friendly for students who plan to take the Blue Star 1 to Winchester for classes, as this flat is only about an 8-minute walk to the start of the Blue Star 1. Debenhams and Vincent's Walk bus stations are within three minutes, and Southampton Central train station is just a short distance away, making it easy for students to get around daily.
