Student Accommodation in Sheffield

How do you pay rent in University of Sheffield?

In order to pay rent in University of Sheffield, you have a couple of different options. Rents are usually offered on a weekly (ppw) and monthly (pcm) basis. You need to know that monthly rents are not the same as the total of 4 weeks of rent. Weekly rent and monthly rent are calculated in a different way. Another thing is, in most cases, you will need to pay a security or tenancy deposit upfront along with the monthly rent. This security or tenancy deposit fee would be an amount of four to six weeks of rent. This fee is refundable unless you make any kind of damage to the property.
