入住前：
在支付押金和预付房租之后，不允许任何情况下的取消。如果租户以任何原因在起租日期前提出取消租约，我们将不会退回客户的押金，预付房租将在取消完成无争议的情况下进行退回。一般这个退款周期会在1个月内完成，如果是业务繁忙期，最多可延迟至3个月。
若租户在起租日期后提出取消租约，我们会以日为单位，进行扣除预付房租，直至找到承租人承接租约，在承租人完成承租后对原租户租金进行结算，预付房租多退少补。
若原租户提出取消并希望获得押金的退回，需要满足以下条件之一
I.原租户找到租约的承租人，并配合承租人完成全部预定流程；
II.原租户的代理方找到租约的承租人，并且配合承租人完成全部预定流程；
III.原租户重新预定我司代理其他房源，并配合完成全部预定流程
入住后：
在入住后若租户提出取消租约，必须找到租约的承租人才可以取消租约，否则将不会得到任何租金的退回。
找到租约承租人之后，必须积极配合承租人完成承接流程，完成承租流程后，我方会进行房间检查，检查无问题后，原租户可以获得押金的退回。租金也将进行结算，从承租人入住日期后的租金将会被退回。一般这个退款周期会在1个月内完成，如果是业务繁忙期，最多可延迟至3个月。
请注意：在租赁协议双方签署完成的情况下，任何情况下对合约的修改，包括但不限于，转租，租期延长，重新预定我司代理的其他房源等情况。租户均需承担£ 100修改手续费
