Welcome to Station Court, an exquisite student accommodation in London! Located in the northern part of the city, this state-of-the-art residence is designed to cater to every student's needs. With 225 beds available, every room is an en-suite, equipped with private washrooms. The residence also features communal kitchens and living areas. There is no service fee for booking and all bills are included in the rent, so students are free of worries on student living during their stay in London.

 

Features:

The ensuite rooms are the ultimate in convenience and comfort by Station Court. Each room comes with its own private bathroom and plenty of storage space, along with a comfortable bed and desk for studying. Plus, our communal kitchens and living areas offer the perfect place to cook and socialize with your fellow students.

In addition, Station Court provides students with high-speed, free Wi-Fi that covers all the rooms and communal areas. The residence features free entertainment rooms and study areas to keep students occupied and motivated. For laundry, the residence has washing machines and tumble dryers that operate on a pay-per-use basis. Residents can access the vending machinescommunal kitchensfree bike storage room whenever necessary.

 

Location and What's Hot?

The location of Station Court is absolutely fantastic. It is just a seven-minute walk away from Tesco South Tottenham Superstore, and there is a clinic about nine minutes away on foot. Furthermore, the station is conveniently located only a five-minute walk from Seven Sisters, making commuting a breeze. The IKEA Tottenham Hale is a two-minute tube ride away, and the Burberry factory outlet is just a five-minute Overground ride away. The residence is also well connected with public transportation. Many bus routes and a 24-hour bus stop are available from the doorstep, with the 243 direct to Waterloo and the 476 direct to Euston.

 

Transport:

Station Court is located just 20 minutes from UCL via the tube. It takes only 23 minutes via tube to reach the University of Westminster, 24 minutes for SOAS, and 25 minutes for BirbeckSeven Sisters tube station is within walking distance, and the South Tottenham Station bus stop is just outside the building. Additionally, London City, Heathrow, and London Luton airports are easily accessible by car.

 

Security & Services:

At Station Court, student safety and security are always a top priority. The residence has a 24-hour electronic door access system and video monitoring system throughout the building. Unregistered visitors have to pass multiple electronic doors to enter the premises. Moreover, this shared student apartment in Lodnon has its own dedicated maintenance team ready to assist students with any issues that may arise. Simply report any malfunctioning equipment to the front desk, and it will be repaired immediately.

Cancellation Policy

No Visa No Pay

No Visa No Pay (NVNP)
a.If the student who has completed their booking has their visa application rejected, the student can provide evidence of the refusal and the booking will get cancelled with no liability.
b.For the evidence at 7(a) above to be valid it must:
i.be submitted within 7 days of the student receiving it;
ii.include the student's name and the date at which it was received;
iii.be received prior to 31 August of the Academic Year for those with tenancies starting in August or September;
iv.be received prior to 15 January of the Academic Year for those with tenancies starting in December or January.
c.Students can only cancel under 7(a) above, and under the NVNP policy, if they have applied for a visa and can evidence this. Students who haven't got a visa because they haven't applied for one are not eligible for the NVNP cancellation policy.

No Place No Pay

No Place No Pay (NPNP)
a.If the student who has completed their booking for a room is not accepted at a university in the city where they have booked a room with us, the student is able to cancel their room outside of the cooling-off period without the need for a replacement tenant provided they are able to provide evidence that they have not met the requirements for their offer or have been rejected by the university for some other reason.
b.For the evidence at 6(a) above to be valid it must:
i.be submitted within 7 days of the student receiving it;
ii.include the student's name and the date at which it was received;
iii.be received prior to 31 August of the Academic Year for those with tenancies starting in August or September;
iv.be received prior to 15 January of the Academic Year for those with tenancies starting in December or January.
c.We reserve the right to check with the university if the evidence is genuine or fake. Providing fake / photoshopped documents is forgery and is an offense punishable by law in the UK.

Refund Guarantees Time Limit

3 days to accept the offer+ 7 days cooling-off period
Once a booking is processed, the student has 3 days to accept the offer. It means for the student and the guarantor to accept the contract and pay the £250 advance rent payment. (For bookings in England only. No Advance Rent Payment is required for bookings in Scotland).

Once these steps are done, the booking is completed.
If one of the step is not completed within these 3 days, the offer will expire.
If the student still wants a room, we can re-process a booking, but we cannot guarantee that the same room or the same price will be available.
Once the booking is completed, the student has another 7 days to change their mind and cancel their booking without any reasons. This is called the cooling-off period.

Details

Making a Booking
Once a booking is processed, the student has 3 days to accept the offer. It means for the student and the guarantor to accept the contract and pay the £250 advance rent payment. (For bookings in England only. No Advance Rent Payment is required for bookings in Scotland).

International cancellation provisions
These additional cancellation provisions apply for any individual making a booking outside of the United Kingdom.
1.Cooling Off Period – the provisions for the Cooling Off Period set out in the main Cancellation Policy shall apply;
2.After the Cooling Off Period - Once the Cooling Off Period has expired the Tenant remains liable for the rent for the whole length of the tenancy unless they want to cancel with one of these 3 conditions:
-No Place No Pay: the provisions for No Place No Pay set out in the main Cancellation Policy shall apply, save that this option shall not be available after the 31st August in the year the Tenancy Start Date is due to occur.
-No Visa No Pay:if the student doesn’t get their visa to come and study in the UK, the student must send us the visa application rejection letter within 7 days of receiving it. On receipt of the required documentation, it will be verified and, provided we are satisfied, we will cancel your Tenancy Agreement and refund any deposit or advance rent paid in full. This option shall not be available after the 31st August in the year the Tenancy Start Date is due to occur.
-No ATAS certificate, No Pay: Some international students coming to the UK to study in very specific fields need to apply for an ATAS certificate. (Academic Technology Approval Scheme). If a student’s ATAS certificate application is rejected the student must send us the ATAS certificate application rejection letter within 7 days of receiving it. On receipt of the required documentation, it will be verified and, provided we are satisfied, we will cancel your Tenancy Agreement and refund any deposit or advance rent paid in full. This option shall not be available after the 31st August in the year the Tenancy Start Date is due to occur.
The cancellation requests along with the proof documents must be sent by the student, from the email address they have registered their account with Unite Students and must be sent to internationalcancellations@unitestudents.com.
If an agent is involved the evidence must be sent to the agent and then forwarded on to internationalcancellations@unitestudents.com.
3. Replacement Tenants - the provisions for the Cooling Off Period set out in the main Cancellation Policy shall apply. Please note the point that Unite Students is under no obligation to enter into a Tenancy Agreement with any replacement Tenant that is suggested under this provision.
Passed the 31st August, the No Place No Pay and No Visa No Pay do not apply.
The student remains liable for the rent unless they find a replacement Tenant.
