Hope Street Apartments opened in 2016. The flats offer a wide selection of En-suite and Studio rooms. The rooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, wardrobes, storage space, mirrors, heating and other infrastructure. Each room has a simple and stylish design, with free high-speed Wi-Fi in common areas for students to study and have fun at any time of the day. In addition, the flats offer a 24-hour security monitoring system to keep students safe. Laundry facilities, bicycle storage and luggage storage services also provide convenience. The rent of the dormitory includes all expenses, such as high-speed WIFI, financial insurance, water, electricity and gas.

Liverpool's Chinatown is also a 10-15 minute walk from the flats and has a wide range of Chinese restaurants offering hot pot and Cantonese cuisine. There is also a Chinese superstore in Chinatown for all your shopping needs.

Hope Street Apartments is situated on Liverpool's main street, Hope Street, and is a 12-minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station and Liverpool Central Station, which provide access to other cities in the UK and bus stops nearby. A bus stop is nearby so that you can get around very quickly. And it's only a 15-20 minute walk from the residence halls to Liverpool One, a large shopping mall in the city centre, where you can find a wide range of local British clothing brands to buy.

This offer is open to prospective students applying for higher education for the 2024/25 academic year.
If an applicant does not get a place on the course, they applied for they need to provide evidence from the educational establishment within 48 hours of their results being published.
Evidence can be a written rejection letter from the establishment or UCAS confirmation of rejection.
Evidence must be emailed to Hope Street Apartments.
Documents must be received by the site team within 48hrs from the date your results are published or by 1st September 2024 (which ever date is the sooner).
On receipt of the required documentation, it will be verified and, provided Host are satisfied, we will cancel your agreement and refund your rent advance in full.
Any applicants who do not provide evidence by the timings outlined above will be held to their tenancy agreement and will be liable for all contractual charges.
These terms and conditions are correct as of 18/12/23 but Host reserves the right to change them or remove this offer at any time without prior notice.

If an applicant does not get their Visa approved to be able to study in the UK, they need to provide evidence that their Visa application has been rejected to your chosen Host accommodation within 48 hours of rejection; this must be no later than 7th September 2024.
Written evidence in English must be emailed to Hope Street Apartments.
On production of sufficient evidence of the Visa rejection, within 48 hours of receiving it, the applicants booking will be cancelled in full, with a full refund of the initial rent payment.
Any applicants who do not provide sufficient evidence by the dates outlined above, will be held to their tenancy agreement and will be liable for all contractual charges.
