The Glassworks Apartment is a luxury student accommodation in Leicester. Offering a 7-star accommodation experience with complimentary breakfast daily, The Glassworks has three blocks of 300 beds in Ensuite rooms with ensuite bathrooms and toilets, divided into different room types from 2 to 6 people in shared bathrooms. Studio rooms with private kitchens, private bathrooms, and a few highly sought-after 2-bed Flat rooms exist. Each room has a comfortable king-size bed, stylish furnishings and an LCD TV, making Glassworks the first choice for De Montfort University students, and the location speaks for itself.

 

Features

The Glassworks Apartments are divided into Standard Ensuite (3-6 people with shared kitchen) and Premium Ensuite (6 people with shared kitchen), which can satisfy the need of sharing a flat with your classmates or close friends and, at the same time, you can also get to know new friends. In addition, there are also a few 2-bed rooms with shared kitchens and shared bathrooms, especially suitable for girlfriends or couples, i.e., having a shared living space but enjoying the private space. Studio rooms are suites with independent kitchens and private bathrooms, which are classified into Standard, Platinum, and Executive according to the size of the room and the distribution of floors. Each room is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a study room. The kitchens have essential kitchen equipment such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, hoover, etc.

 

You can relax in the spacious social areas of The Glassworks flats. These include tastefully furnished communal areas, a gym, and a cinema room so that you and your friends can enjoy a social life in the communal lounge, study quietly, relax, and enjoy your study abroad in a modernly furnished, high-quality room.

This offer is open to prospective students applying for higher education for the 2024/25 academic year.
If an applicant does not get a place on the course, they applied for they need to provide evidence from the educational establishment within 48 hours of their results being published.
Evidence can be a written rejection letter from the establishment or UCAS confirmation of rejection.
Evidence must be emailed to The Glassworks.
Documents must be received by the site team within 48hrs from the date your results are published or by 1st September 2024 (which ever date is the sooner).
On receipt of the required documentation, it will be verified and, provided Host are satisfied, we will cancel your agreement and refund your rent advance in full.
Any applicants who do not provide evidence by the timings outlined above will be held to their tenancy agreement and will be liable for all contractual charges.
These terms and conditions are correct as of of 07/12/23 but Host reserves the right to change them or remove this offer at any time without prior notice.

If an applicant does not get their Visa approved to be able to study in the UK, they need to provide evidence that their Visa application has been rejected to your chosen Host accommodation within 48 hours of rejection; this must be no later than 7th September 2024.
Written evidence in English must be emailed to The Glassworks.
On production of sufficient evidence of the Visa rejection, within 48 hours of receiving it, the applicants booking will be cancelled in full, with a full refund of the initial rent payment.
Any applicants who do not provide sufficient evidence by the dates outlined above, will be held to their tenancy agreement and will be liable for all contractual charges.
