Shunde Place has four types of flats: Studio, Standard Studio, Duplex En-Suite Flat, Standard En-Suite, and En-Suite, which has multiple communal kitchens. The En-Suite has multiple communal kitchens and its own 3, 4, 5 and 6-bedroom flats, each with its access card, which means that this little piece of paradise is all its own.

The Shunde Place flats are turnkey, furnished, and have free high-speed Wi-Fi for study and recreation. The single en-suite bedrooms have comfortable beds, large wardrobes, study areas, and fully equipped kitchens.
