Location and What's Hot

Millennium View is situated in the heart of Coventry city centre and is surrounded by shops. There is a large general supermarket, Nisa Local, downstairs and Sainsbury's opposite. Just a three-minute walk down the road from the flat is the West Orchards Shopping Centre, where you can find everything you need: JD Sports, Game Center, Topshop, M&S, and many more.

You can't go wrong with Nando's, the excellent local roast chicken restaurant. Wagamama, the Japanese ramen restaurant, Moulin Rouge for Hong Kong-style afternoon tea, and Xiong Qi, the famous Chongqing hotpot, to name a few.

Transport

Millennium View is a stone's throw away from many diverse eateries. A mere 5-minute walk will lead you to Fargo Village, a creative space housing independent retailers and unique restaurants. Furthermore, the Coventry accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the city centre, home to the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum and the Belgrade Theatre, providing ample entertainment options for students. The flat is only an 8-minute walk to Coventry University, and there is a direct bus to the University of Warwick right outside the door, which is about a 25-minute drive, making it very easy to get around.

The location is quite good. The city center is 3 minutes away. There are KFC, McDonald's and many Chinese restaurants on the side. Opposite is a museum, not a big supermarket.

When should I book student accommodation for september intake?

Students who are selected for the September intake may begin their search for accommodation between January and March or preferably 6 months prior to their intake.

How do you pay rent in University of Warwick ?

In order to pay rent in University of Warwick , you have a couple of different options. Rents are usually offered on a weekly (ppw) and monthly (pcm) basis. You need to know that monthly rents are not the same as the total of 4 weeks of rent. Weekly rent and monthly rent are calculated in a different way. Another thing is, in most cases, you will need to pay a security or tenancy deposit upfront along with the monthly rent. This security or tenancy deposit fee would be an amount of four to six weeks of rent. This fee is refundable unless you make any kind of damage to the property.
