The cost performance is relatively high, even though it is still a little far away from the school for more than 20 minutes, it is very close to the railway station.

When should I book student accommodation for september intake?

Students who are selected for the September intake may begin their search for accommodation between January and March or preferably 6 months prior to their intake.

How do you pay rent in University of Warwick ?

In order to pay rent in University of Warwick , you have a couple of different options. Rents are usually offered on a weekly (ppw) and monthly (pcm) basis. You need to know that monthly rents are not the same as the total of 4 weeks of rent. Weekly rent and monthly rent are calculated in a different way. Another thing is, in most cases, you will need to pay a security or tenancy deposit upfront along with the monthly rent.
