Collegiate Castle Street is a friendly student accommodation in Cambridge, ideally situated on the northwest side of Magdalene Bridge, giving students easy access to Anglia Ruskin University and Cambridge University. The flats offer hotel-style management, free weekly housekeeping and laundry change, are individually furnished, and have good student living conditions. There are 3 types of studios and one shared room available to meet the needs of different groups of students, and the Ground Floor has a large communal area with accessible recreational facilities for all.

Castle Street Cambridge has studios and shared rooms, each catering to the unique needs of students. Students who prefer to be alone can opt for a Studio room, a self-contained living space that offers a cosy bedroom, fully-equipped kitchenette and private bathroom. On the other hand, friends or couples can consider Shared rooms, which provide separate spaces for lounging and studying but foster a sense of community by sharing a bedroom, kitchenette and living space. All rooms in the flats offer sophisticated décor and basic furnishings, so students can quickly move into their rooms and enjoy life in their new surroundings.

 

Collegiate Castle Street is a vibrant community designed to promote the holistic development of our students. Students build strength and fortitude in our well-equipped gym or have a friendly game at the pool table. To travel to other cities in the UK, Cambridge train station is a 17-minute bus ride away.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay

You may be eligible to be released from your agreement if:
- Your offer of a place at your preferred University/Higher Education institution is withdrawn as a result of you not achieving the required entry grades.
* The deadline for cancellation requests of this nature will be 31st August 2024 for the 2024/25 academic year.
- You have surpassed your required entry grades and choose to go to a different University or you have extenuating circumstances that prevents you taking your place at university.
* The deadline for cancellation requests of this nature will be 31st August 2024 for the 2024/25 academic year.

In order to meet the criteria, you will need one of the following:
- To provide a written rejection letter from your chosen university/Higher Education Institute
- Evidence as to why you cannot take your place.

Refund Guarantees Time Limit

15 day cooling off period
You will have 15 days from making your booking to sign the Tenancy Agreement. The Reservation Rent is fully refundable if you cancel your booking within this period.
Once the Tenancy Agreement has been signed, the Reservation Rent will be held until the first rental payment falls due under your Tenancy Agreement and will be offset against the amount due.
To cancel your booking, you must tell Accommodation Supplier in writing by sending an email to Accommodation Supplier.

Booking, Cancellation Policy, and Liability (England and Wales)
To apply for and book, a flat or bedroom at Accommodation Supplier managed property, you must pay £100 to reserve the room (described herein as "Reservation Rent"). This payment is made at the time of booking through accommodation supplier on-line booking system.
You will have 15 days from making your booking to sign the Tenancy Agreement. The Reservation Rent is fully refundable if you cancel your booking within this period.
Once the Tenancy Agreement has been signed, the Reservation Rent will be held until the first rental payment falls due under your Tenancy Agreement and will be offset against the amount due.

It is important that you understand that when you sign your Tenancy Agreement, you are entering into a legal agreement with the Landlord, and are liable for the full rent due for the Residential Period.

Accommodation Supplier's terms and conditions require you to sign your Tenancy Agreement online within 15 days of receiving the Offer of Accommodation.
If you fail to sign your agreement within this timescale Accommodation Supplier may cancel your booking, giving notice by email, and you will forfeit any "reservation rent" paid if it is outside the 15-day cooling off period.
