Features & Living Experience

All the rooms in the flat have been specifically designed to allow students to focus on their studies in an environment designed for them. The 3 en-suite bedrooms will be furnished with a small double bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, plenty of built-in storage, and a high-specification en-suite bathroom. The shared kitchen has a dining area, sofas and a 42-inch Smart TV. If students wish to have more personal space, then the 2 Studio room types are the better option, each well equipped with good facilities including a full-size double bed, separate kitchen, sofa area and Smart TV.

Of course, the whole building will also be equipped with high-speed broadband and wifi, and there will also be a laundry room, a communal lounge with games, TV and a study area, as well as an outdoor seating area - perfect for hanging out with other residents! A 24-hour staff team and a package room at the entrance where your deliveries will be kept safe and secure.

Location and What's Hot?

The flats are not located in the downtown area, but the surrounding facilities are comprehensive. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the UK's leading supermarkets: Tesco, ALDI, Lidl and Asda, and downstairs, you will find Nando's, one of the UK's top restaurants, and a wide range of Indian restaurants and fast food options. A 10-minute walk west will take you to The Grafton, a modern shopping centre with high-street stores, casual eateries and a Vue Cinema.

If students enjoy the outdoors, Midsummer and Stourbridge Commons are just a 5-minute walk away, and winter walks and summer picnics will enrich your life!
