St Peter House (formerly known as Liberty House St Peter) is home to just 150 students, giving it a real community feel. Living here puts you in the centre of the action, with the city centre and the University of Aberdeen both just a 10-minute walk away.

Our spacious bedrooms are available with or without their own bathroom and all include a bed, study desk and storage space. Step outside your room and you’ll also find a fully-equipped shared kitchen and communal space. Don’t like the idea of sharing with many people? Our three-bedroom flats are the perfect alternative.

When you need some fresh air, head outside to the external courtyard, which is a great place to study during the warmer months. Once you’ve put your textbooks away, fire up the communal BBQ and dine al fresco with your friends. If you’re bringing your own car, you’ll also be pleased to know that there is parking nearby.

The bustling streets of the city centre are a short walk away, giving you a huge choice of shops, bars and restaurants. Here, you’ll also find a cinema, music venues and theatres. Being just half a mile away, Morrisons is the obvious choice for your weekly shop, while the beach and Aberdeen Sports Village are within easy reach too.

Refund Guarantees Time Limit

3 days to accept the offer+ 7 days cooling-off period
Once a booking is processed, the student has 3 days to accept the offer. It means for the student and the guarantor to accept the contract and pay the £250 advance rent payment. (For bookings in England only. No Advance Rent Payment is required for bookings in Scotland).

Once these steps are done, the booking is completed.
If one of the step is not completed within these 3 days, the offer will expire.
If the student still wants a room, we can re-process a booking, but we cannot guarantee that the same room or the same price will be available.
Once the booking is completed, the student has another 7 days to change their mind and cancel their booking without any reasons. This is called the cooling-off period.
