退訂政策
规定周期内有条件取消
关于取消政策和付款日期：
1. 收到合同后的48小时，支付250磅的押金锁定订单，同时在合同后面签名并发回邮件。
2. 7月1号开始支付房费。若不再继续，可直接取消订单，但不会退款250磅的押金。
3.入住前4周以上退订，扣除250磅的押金和114磅的服务费，其余退款。
4.入住前4周以内退订，则支付250磅的押金，114磅的服务费和4周房费，其余款项退款。
5.入住以后，合同将正式生效，退订需要付清款项或者找到替租。

Cancellation
The Licensee may, by notice in writing to the Licensor cancel this agreement up to four weeks before the
Start Date. In such case the Student shall be liable to made the Bedding and Service Fee and the Deposit
Payment which shall become non-refundable, and
5.1
The Licensee may, by notice in writing to the Licensor cancel this agreement in the 4 week period
immediately before the Start Date. In such case the Licensee shall remain liable to pay;
(a) The Bedding and Service Fee and the Deposit Payment which shall become non-refundable,
That amount of the Licence Fee that would have been accrued in the 4 week period immediately after the
Start Date.

5.2
Prior to the Start Date the Licensee may, on receipt of notice from the British Embassy that the Licensee’s
application for a visa to enable entry to the UK has been refused, cancel this agreement by notice in writing
to the Licensor, provided that the Licensee also provides the Licensor with a copy of the letter from the
British Embassy within 15 days of the date of issue. In such case the Licensor shall remain liable for payment
of the Bedding and Service Fee.
5.3
The Licensor may cancel this agreement on notice in writing to the Licensee prior to the Start Date. In such
case all fees previously paid under this agreement shall be repaid to the Licensee.
5.4
Licensee may cancel this agreement after the Start Date, Licensee shall be liable to pay;
(a) Licence Fee,
(b) Bedding and Service Fee,
(d) Other Services.
