"On the Tenant finding a replacement tenant who is approved in writing by the Landlord the Landlord may require the Tenant to undertake the following as a condition of allowing a replacement tenant:
6.5.1 Require the Tenant [and/or the Guarantor] to enter into a guarantee of the incoming tenant's obligations under the Agreement (but only for such a time as the replacement tenant remains a tenant of the Room under the Agreement); and/or
6.5.2 Require the replacement tenant to provide a guarantor of their own in respect of the obligations of the replacement tenant under the Agreement."
