Any cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will attract a penalty of two week’s accommodation fee
Any cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will attract no penalty
4 weeks rent and 4 weeks bond will be required to secure room
If student breaks lease before committed period of stay they will forfeit 4 weeks bond payment
We understand the uncertainty, which is why the above flexibility on cancellation terms has been included. Any cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will attract no penalty and the bond will be refunded in full.
In addition to this, we would be happy to move a guest’s confirmed stay dates at no additional charge if communicated to info@punthill.com.au 14 days or more in advance, provided the stay does not get shortened to less than the original duration, or less than 3 months. Any date changes communicated 13 days or less prior to the arrival date will incur a penalty of one week’s accommodation fee, provided the stay does not get shortened to less than the original duration, or less than 3 months.
