一旦接受offer任何情况下不可以无责退订。“租期价格详情具体请咨询小居” *公寓可接受non-student 非学生入住，政策实时变化，公寓享有最终解释权【公寓概况】 Student Living - 550 Lygon坐拥购物、餐饮、娱乐等设施，距离市中心2千米不到，乘坐便利的公共交通即达。公寓有明亮宽敞的1室和2室套房可供选择，部分房型可供多人入住。为住户营造安全、舒适的生活环境。【地理位置】公寓位置优越，附近就有电车站，从公寓步行约10分钟抵达墨尔本大学，乘坐短途电车即达皇家墨尔本理工大学及墨尔本其他院校。【注意事项】 1）关于清洁费：根据每栋楼和户型的不同，清洁费在200到300澳币不等，具体金额以公寓前台为准~ 2）关于Bond：在学生正常履行完合同租期后，退租后公寓会发邮件通知墨尔本澳洲政府RTBA处理学生们的Bond退还事宜，一般在4周左右，学生会收到政府RTBA发的邮件，学生按照邮件提示流程操作即可~ 【check in时间：Monday to Friday 2pm and 4pm (excluding public holidays)】【Check-in at 746 Swanston St Reception】 “学生需要自己及时查看offer里面提供的信息，以公寓实际提供的信息为准。” 请仔细查看公寓发出的邮件以及合同，Check in的时间和地点以公寓方的文件为准，如需在非工作时间办理入住请务必联系公寓。个别公寓可能需要提前开通水、电以及网络，请按照公寓规定提前联系开通。公寓价格/房态随时变化，具体房租价格以公寓发送的最终OFFER及合同为准。

Once you have entered into an offer and acceptance agreement with the owner, you are legally bound by the Residential Tenancies Act and deemed to be in a leasing arrangement.

We understand that from time-to-time issues can arise with your entry into Australia.

Cancellation without penalty is possible if:

you fail to meet student status requirement;
you fail to gain lawful entry into Australia
you cannot enter Australia due to border closures or restrictions
If you are unable to arrive on your selected date due to flight cancellations, we may be able to move your lease commencement date. Depending on the length of delay, there may be some financial penalties incurred. This is handled on a case-by-case basis. If your flight is delayed, please email the property directly.

Cancellation due to:

providing false or misleading information during your application or booking process
failure to pay your bond or rent in advance
failure to sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement when required
a change of mind will result in a monetary penalty. This may include forfeiting some or all of your advance rental payment and/or bond payment and is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Please note any refundable fees will be processed within 14 days of finalization of refund.
