一旦接受offer任何情况下不可以无责退订。“租期价格详情具体请咨询小居” *公寓可接受non-student 非学生入住，政策实时变化，公寓享有最终解释权 【公寓概况】 Student Living on Flinders公寓旨在为学生提供安全舒适的生活环境。服务台为学生提供最满意的服务。公寓设有多间装修精美的房间，居住起来非常舒适。 【地理位置】 公寓地理位置优越，对面就是电车站、公交车站和著名的弗林德斯街，公寓附近设有各种自助取款机和银行设施，周边交通便利。步行可到维多利亚大学，乘坐电车就可以到墨尔本皇家理工大学和墨尔本大学。 【注意事项】 1）关于清洁费：根据每栋楼和户型的不同，清洁费在200到300澳币不等，具体金额以公寓前台为准~ 2）关于Bond：在学生正常履行完合同租期后，退租后公寓会发邮件通知墨尔本澳洲政府RTBA处理学生们的Bond退还事宜，一般在4周左右，学生会收到政府RTBA发的邮件，学生按照邮件提示流程操作即可~ 请仔细查看公寓发出的邮件以及合同，Check in的时间和地点以公寓方的文件为准，如需在非工作时间办理入住请务必联系公寓。 个别公寓可能需要提前开通水、电以及网络，请按照公寓规定提前联系开通。 公寓价格/房态随时变化，具体房租价格以公寓发送的最终OFFER及合同为准。

退訂政策原文
Once you have entered into an offer and acceptance agreement with the owner, you are legally bound by the Residential Tenancies Act and deemed to be in a leasing arrangement.
We understand that from time-to-time issues can arise with your entry into Australia.
Cancellation without penalty is possible if:
you fail to meet student status requirement;
you fail to gain lawful entry into Australia
you cannot enter Australia due to border closures or restrictions
If you are unable to arrive on your selected date due to flight cancellations, we may be able to move your lease commencement date. Depending on the length of delay, there may be some financial penalties incurred. This is handled on a case-by-case basis. If your flight is delayed, please email the property directly.
Cancellation due to:
providing false or misleading information during your application or booking process
failure to pay your bond or rent in advance
failure to sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement when required
a change of mind will result in a monetary penalty. This may include forfeiting some or all of your advance rental payment and/or bond payment and is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Please note any refundable fees will be processed within 14 days of finalization of refund.
