【公寓概况】 公寓为学生提供了设计前沿且舒适的环境，部分房间内有落地窗和阳台，室内家具齐全，所有厨房设施都是不锈钢材质的，房间内的床和面积因房型而异，学生可以根据自己的实际情况选择。 【地理位置】 公寓临近皇家墨尔本理工大学墨尔本校区，步行就可以到墨尔本大学，距离墨尔本CBD其他许多高校也不远。周边有商店、咖啡馆、外卖快餐店和超市等等。公寓距离电车站仅200米远，墨尔本中央火车站仅650米远（约9分钟的步行路程），超级便利哦。 【注意事项】 1）关于清洁费：根据每栋楼和户型的不同，清洁费在200到300澳币不等，具体金额以公寓前台为准~ 2）关于Bond：在学生正常履行完合同租期后，退租后公寓会发邮件通知墨尔本澳洲政府RTBA处理学生们的Bond退还事宜，一般在4周左右，学生会收到政府RTBA发的邮件，学生按照邮件提示流程操作即可~ 【check in时间：Monday to Friday 1pm and 3pm 】 “学生需要自己及时查看offer里面提供的信息，以公寓实际提供的信息为准。” 请仔细查看公寓发出的邮件以及合同，Check in的时间和地点以公寓方的文件为准，如需在非工作时间办理入住请务必联系公寓。 个别公寓可能需要提前开通水、电以及网络，请按照公寓规定提前联系开通。 公寓价格/房态随时变化，具体房租价格以公寓发送的最终OFFER及合同为准。

Once you have entered into an offer and acceptance agreement with the owner, you are legally bound by the Residential Tenancies Act and deemed to be in a leasing arrangement.
We understand that from time-to-time issues can arise with your entry into Australia.
Cancellation without penalty is possible if:
you fail to meet student status requirement;
you fail to gain lawful entry into Australia
you cannot enter Australia due to border closures or restrictions
If you are unable to arrive on your selected date due to flight cancellations, we may be able to move your lease commencement date. Depending on the length of delay, there may be some financial penalties incurred. This is handled on a case-by-case basis. If your flight is delayed, please email the property directly.
Cancellation due to:
providing false or misleading information during your application or booking process
failure to pay your bond or rent in advance
failure to sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement when required
a change of mind will result in a monetary penalty. This may include forfeiting some or all of your advance rental payment and/or bond payment and is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Please note any refundable fees will be processed within 14 days of finalization of refund.
