离墨大很近，徒步上学完全ok。公寓里面设施设备比较齐全，拎包入住问题不大。
作为学生公寓，该有的设施都有了，房间很新
非常新，网速也很快，干净安全，要是有空调就完美了

起租时间灵活。 *公寓可接受18岁以下留学生入住， 政策实时变化，公寓享有最终解释权； “租期价格详情具体请咨询小居” UniLodge Royal Melbourne所在地理位置优越，学生可以在此享受在墨尔本最美好的时光，齐全的公寓设施让你不想离开此地。 这家崭新的学生公寓为学生量身打造411套Studio单人公寓和多人公寓，紧邻墨尔本大学，乘坐电车可轻松到达RMIT，更方便前往CBD区域。 公寓内提供多处学习区域、带大屏幕的媒体室、带三角钢琴的音乐室、开放式休息室、设施齐全的健身房、洗衣房、公用厨房、室外庭院和屋顶露台。公寓定期举行丰富的社区活动，让每一位学生在这里都有宾至如归的感觉。 【注意事项】 1）关于清洁费：根据每栋楼和户型的不同，清洁费在200到300澳币不等，具体金额以公寓前台为准~ 2）关于Bond：在学生正常履行完合同租期后，退租后公寓会发邮件通知墨尔本澳洲政府RTBA处理学生们的Bond退还事宜，一般在4周左右，学生会收到政府RTBA发的邮件，学生按照邮件提示流程操作即可~ 【check in时间：Monday to Sunday 8am to 6pm 】 “学生需要自己及时查看offer里面提供的信息，以公寓实际提供的信息为准。” 请仔细查看公寓发出的邮件以及合同，Check in的时间和地点以公寓方的文件为准，如需在非工作时间办理入住请务必联系公寓。 个别公寓可能需要提前开通水、电以及网络，请按照公寓规定提前联系开通。 公寓价格/房态随时变化，具体房租价格以公寓发送的最终OFFER及合同为准。

NO VISA NO PAY POLICY
We totally understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, which is why we want to ensure that you have peace of mind when you book with UniLodge*.
Prior to my lease commencing?
If you were not successful in receiving a visa to study in Australia before the commencement of your lease start date, we ask that you complete the following actions:
A written email requesting cancellation, which must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. You will then be formally advised that your lease agreement will then be cancelled without penalty.
After the commencement of my lease?
If you are cancelling after the commencement of your lease date due to not receiving a visa to study in Australia we ask that you complete the following actions:
A written email notify that you wish to terminate your lease, which must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. The Property Manager will consider your request for the breaking of your lease and advise whether your request has been accepted.
