入住非常方便，出门走几步就是公交站，20分钟直达UQ，两三分钟有大型连锁超市和亚超，麦当劳等一应俱全
在这里玩得很开心。
地理位置很好！附近有超市，车站，走两步就到河边?️city walk超级方便！
交通便利，公寓设施齐全，周围环境好。
除了网速不太行，其他都挺好的

UniLodge South Bank 地理位置十分优越，临近多所高校和布里斯班CBD，乘坐短途公交车即可到达昆士兰大学和格里菲斯大学(Mt Gravatt Nathan校区) 。 公寓为学生提供Studio和合租房型，可以根据需要选择独立Studio、双人间或是宽敞的两室和六室房型。房间内装修现代化，所有房间均带空调，拎包入住，家具齐全，包括床、嵌入式衣柜和书桌椅，电器有冰箱、微波炉和燃气灶等设施，此外还提供有限的停车位、洗衣设施和安全的自行车库。公寓每一层都提供舒适的公共休息室。公寓还提供庭院BBQ、多媒体室、宽带、厨房餐厅和学习室。刷卡进出公寓，非常安全。租期多样，学生可以根据自己的实际情况进行选择。 **注意： 清洁费 ：根据澳洲租赁合同规定，学生公寓退房时会有清洁费产生，具体金额以公寓为准；bond退租后2-3周由RTBA/RTA退还； 转租费 ：根据澳洲租赁合同规定，转租学生公寓需要自己找到承租人后在前台办理转租手续，转租费由转租人自行承担，具体金额以公寓前台为准。 【check in时间：We offer 7 days a week check-in from 2pm making it easy for you to arrange your travel arrangements and check-in when it suits you. 】 “学生需要自己及时查看offer里面提供的信息，以公寓实际提供的信息为准。” 请仔细查看公寓发出的邮件以及合同，Check in的时间和地点以公寓方的文件为准，如需在非工作时间办理入住请务必联系公寓。 个别公寓可能需要提前开通水、电以及网络，请按照公寓规定提前联系开通。 公寓价格/房态随时变化，具体房租价格以公寓发送的最终OFFER及合同为准。

NO VISA NO PAY POLICY
We totally understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, which is why we want to ensure that you have peace of mind when you book with UniLodge*.
Prior to my lease commencing?
If you were not successful in receiving a visa to study in Australia before the commencement of your lease start date, we ask that you complete the following actions:
A written email requesting cancellation, which must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. You will then be formally advised that your lease agreement will then be cancelled without penalty.
After the commencement of my lease?
If you are cancelling after the commencement of your lease date due to not receiving a visa to study in Australia we ask that you complete the following actions:
A written email notify that you wish to terminate your lease, which must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. The Property Manager will consider your request for the breaking of your lease and advise whether your request has been accepted.
