Details

1. If students do not go to Singapore due to their own reasons after booking, will the deposit be refunded?
No refund of deposit.
2. If the student terminates the lease early, will the deposit be refunded?
No refund of deposit.
3. Regarding 1&2, if so, can the apartment refund the student deposit if we or the students find a tenant to continue living in this house.
If the lessee seamlessly undertakes, the deposit can be refunded.
4. If the tenant fails to pay the rent on time, they shall pay a late fee of 5% of the deposit to the landlord for each day of delay. If it is overdue for more than 7 days, it shall be deemed as a breach of contract without the permission of the landlord. The landlord has the right to reclaim the room rented by the tenant and clean up and dispose of any items in the rented room.
5. If the tenant needs to renew the lease at the end of the lease term, they should notify the landlord in writing at least one month before the expiration of the lease term, and have the priority right to renew under the same conditions. Similarly, if the tenant needs to move out at the end of the lease term, they should notify the landlord in writing at least one month before the expiration of the lease term. Otherwise, the rental deposit will be confiscated and not refunded. The renewal period and rental amount shall be determined through negotiation between the tenant and the landlord.
