Most room have large Windows and French Windows. You can enjoy the night view of the Isle of Man while lying at home. Equipped with washing machine and dryer in the room, the sterilizing refrigerator with large space; microwave, dishwashers and ovens are available. There are 4 shared community for the residents. They are library, Laundry room, Storage, and Bike storage. Also, This apartment offers 6 fitness and recreation areas, and they are Gym, Rock Climbing Wall, Basketball Court, Wine Tasting Room, Cinema room, and Game room for students to do the exercise and play with their friends. Also, every room is equipped with Balcony, Rooftop and Courtyard. Besides, there is 24 hours security in this building to ensure the safety and privacy of residents. A 10-minute walk from The Eugene, there are many gourmets’ restaurants like Chef Yu, Chi Restaurant & Bar (Chinses Restaurant), Katsuya(Japanese Restaurant), NY Pizza Suprema, Zou Zou’s(Mediterranean flavor), La Barra at Mercado Little Spain, and other choices. In addition, 8 minutes drives to NYU by car and 13-minute drive to the Columbia University. The closest bus station is 9 Avenue & West 34 Street. It is convenient for the student to take bus to other places. In addition, the 28 St metro station is close to the apartment, and student can walk for 12 minutes to arrive there. Meanwhile, Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station and Penn Station are the two closest train station nearby the apartment, and students only need to walk for 6 minutes to arrive these two stations. It is also convenient for the students to travel to other cities.
