Clifton is really a treasure apartment, so worth the choice! It is really pleasant to live in a room with big windows, and the cost performance is very high. Under the condition of the same price, other apartments do not have such a good room layout and environment. Other apartments that achieve the Clifton effect will cost nearly 100 p/w. Moreover, I personally think the Clifton location is really good. It is not far from anywhere near the park. It takes less than 20 minutes to walk to school or downtown. The staff is also very friendly, and the apartment holds activities and sends snacks from time to time.

It is relatively close to the school. It takes about 10 minutes to walk. Unfortunately, it is not close to the subway station. Public transportation is only by bus.

Cancellation Policy (Scotland)

If you are a resident of the following properties, you are required to pay a Holding Deposit to secure your booking,
• Glasgow – Clifton & Stewart House
• Edinburgh – Gorgie, Westfield
Holding Deposit – Cancellation Policy (Scotland)
Once you have paid your Holding Deposit and you have been allocated a room, should you then decide to cancel prior to the start of the licence period, you will be entitled to a full refund of the Holding Deposit.
If you decide to cancel after the start of your licence period, then you will be held to the terms of your licence agreement. The deposit can be used to cover any outstanding rent in these circumstances.
