The Forsythe is located in the upper Princess Street area which is in the center of Kingston. It is across from the Canadian Tire store and close to the Kingston Centre. This area offers major banks, Loblaws for groceries, Shopper's Drug Mart, coffee shops and many dining options. There is a city bus stop located on Concession St (beside the Selkirk and MacDonald).  Laundry facilities are available in the building. This building included the utilities.
