There are 42 single-floor, fully furnished flats offering a choice of six and eight rooms. In addition to this, the apartments provide a printing service, parcel service, car parking available to residents, 24-hour on-site management team and security. The apartments are located on the southeast side of Curtin University's Bentley Campus, a minute's walk from Waterford Plaza Shopping Centre and primary transport links, and close to recreational areas, gardens and bus stops.

 UniLodge at Curtin University- Vickery House offers a variety of room types, including studio flats, multi-bedroom flats and shared units. Each room has been carefully furnished to ensure comfort and efficiency, including ergonomic study areas, bedding, and ample storage space. Shared facilities include BBQ, bicycle storage, study room, games room, TV, fully equipped music room, common recreation area (with pool and table tennis), kitchen, vending machines, laundry, library, mailboxes, wifi/internet, etc. The flats have single beds, desks and chairs, wardrobes, bins, and kitchens with freezer fridge, microwave, and hob. Our outdoor facilities invite students to relax and socialise, including barbecue areas and peaceful green spaces perfect for studying or relaxing for a few moments in the sun. Health and wellness are paramount, so we promote a culture of wellness with our state-of-the-art gym, which is accessible to all residents.

For example, the Perth CBD is easily accessible, with a 10-minute train ride from Canningbridge Station. The University of Western Australia is a 19-minute bus ride away.
