Cancellation Policy

Details

(A) Cancelling more than 30 days before agreement start date
The resident can cancel a tenancy agreement if a written notice has been provided to
Campus Perth at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement start date. Deposit paid will not be refunded.
(B) Cancelling less than 30 days before agreement start date
If cancellation is made to Campus Perth less than 30 days before the rental tenancy
agreement (RTA) start date, the deposit paid in advance will not be refunded and the
penalty applied will be evaluated case by case per Campus Perth's discretion.
(C) Cancelling after the agreement has started
- Short-stay bookings require a minimum of two weeks' notice for early departure. If a two weeks' notice is not provided the security bond will be forfeited. Note, short-stay bookings are required to be a minimum of four weeks.
RTA bookings where a minimum of 30 days notice is provided
- If the current student finds a replacement tenant, then the administration fee is $200.00.
Note, that the new tenant will pay the current rate per our website and is not entitled to any discounted rate that the current tenant may currently be paying.
- If the current student asks Campus Perth to find a replacement tenant, then the
administration fee is $500.00. Note, that the new tenant will pay the current rate per our website and is not entitled to any discounted rate that the current tenant may currently be paying.
RTA bookings where less than 30 days notice is provided
- If the current student finds a replacement tenant, then the administration fee is $200.00.
Note, that the new tenant will pay the current rate per our website and is not entitled to any discounted rate that the current tenant may currently be paying. The new tenant must move in the next business day after the current tenant's departure.
- If the current student asks Campus Perth to find a replacement tenant, then the
administration fee is $500.00. Note, that the new tenant will pay the current rate per our website and is not entitled to any discounted rate that the current tenant may currently be paying. Rent will be charged in full for any gap between when the current tenant departs,
and the new tenant moves in up to a maximum of thirty days from the notice date.
Cancelling if you do not receive a Visa or Placement to study in Australia
A penalty will not be charged in the case where cancellation of the agreement is due to failure to secure an Offer of Enrolment or Student Visa. Written notice must be given to Campus at least 14 days before the agreement start date and supported with written verifi cation confi rming the decline of the offer and/or visa. An administration fee of $100 is applicable.
