Offering a choice of partially furnished studio, one and two-bedroom flats, there is a total of over 70 furnished student-only rental flats on 4 floors to choose from. The flats are designed to provide students with a safe and comfortable living environment, with access control, a lounge and a communal laundry. The rooms are fully furnished and usually have a bathroom, kitchen (four burner cooker), and WIFI, and are within a 5-15 minute walk to the bus or train station, so it's easy to get to the city campus or any other institution and shopping centre.

Once a lease has been signed and the first month rent and bond paid by the student, should they not wish to proceed with the property, they would be subject to our Lease Break procedure.
