Le Student 8 melbourne is committed to providing quality accommodation designed to meet both short and long-term needs of tertiary students. to maintain this degree of flexibility it is important that each of our guests makes a commitment to a specific length of stay and fulfills it. with this in mind, please be aware of our cancellation policy and the penalties associated with the cancellation of a booking or the early termination of a license agreement.
Prior to arrival
your reservation will be made and confirmed when we receive your security deposit. If you cancels a booking regardless of the scheduled check-in date/post check-in, a four (04) week cancellation fee or the remaining total accommodation charges for the intended duration of stay for each week cancelled will apply. No amendments may be made within 28 days prior to arrival.
