Wet your whistle at the Ashmore Tavern which is just next door, pick up some quick food at one of the restaurants nearby, or grab whatever you need at Ashmore Plaza, a shopping centre that's only a 2 minute walk away! A short, 5 minute drive away is Surfers Paradise where the Gold Coast nightlife comes to life!

Each bedroom includes an ensuite with shower, toilet, desk and shelves, kind sized single bed and mirror wardrobe. FREE Commercial Grade UNLIMITED Wi-Fi available NOW，Electricity，Gas Hot Water，Undercover car parking available for additional $15 p/w or hundreds of free off street parking. Washing machines are free to use; dryers are coin operated - $3.00 per load.

In order to secure the room for the student, they need to transfer 2 weeks’ holding deposit to our trust account before the booking can be finally confirmed. The total amount is 2 weeks' rent.
This payment will be converted to 2 weeks’ rent after student check-in.
The holding deposit is non-refundable if the student cancel the booking.
