There are 2 houses that are a mirror of each other, situated side by side. Each house has 5 bedrooms which feature 4 ensuite rooms, a common kitchen, lounge, and laundry. There is also a larger room available with its own kitchenette and lounge room. The common facilities include a games room, and gym (available August 2015), swimming pool and BBQ. The rooms are furnished with a double bed, study desk, study chair, 32 inch flat screen TV, couch, side table, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and air-conditioning with a electronic lockable bedroom door. Each bedroom also has a balcony.
The property is available now and we are currently taking bookings. This property is a hot favourite and will rent out very quickly.

Please be advised, if you choose to cancel your accommodation following payment of your initial fees and accepting your letter of offer, you will be entitled to a refund as per the stipulations outlined below;
If you are unable to arrive on your selected date due to flight cancellations, we may be able to move your lease commencement date. Depending on the length of delay, there may be some financial penalties incurred. This is handled on a case-by-case basis. If your flight is delayed, please email the property directly.
Cancellation due to:
· providing false or misleading information during your application or booking process
· failure to pay your bond or rent in advance
· failure to sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement when required
· a change of mind
will result in a monetary penalty. This may include forfeiting some or all of your advance rental payment and/or bond payment and is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Please note any refundable fees will be processed within 14 days of finalisation of refund.
*If in the case you wish to cancel your agreement and your contract start date has passed, this is considered a lease break and lease break conditions apply (*see Residential Tenancy Agreement).
