The room and the surrounding environment are quite good, and the people in the apartment are also very good. There is breakfast on weekdays, Wi-Fi in the room, etc. There is a market at the gate on Saturdays, supermarkets and Asian supermarkets not far away at ordinary times, and a reading corner. The apartment is in the school, opposite the library, next to the shuttle bus stop, which is also very close to the place where I attend classes.
